Before the activity, Linping No.1 Middle School formulated and implemented an activity plan with "two courses, two invitations and three evaluations" as the core, and started and organized the start-up work in advance. The whole activity is divided into three stages. The "two courses" require teachers to fully embody the sense of cooperation and team spirit; The second is to invite experts or leaders to give special lectures and invite parents to put forward constructive opinions. "Two Invitations" will promote teachers' professional growth and improve their sense of service. The third is to organize teachers' forums and hold "three comments" on teachers' courseware, teaching narrative and reflective papers, so as to provide a platform for teachers' teaching reflection and improve their professional level.
