Article 1 With the consent of the tutor, students who intend to apply for the defense of undergraduate graduation thesis must submit the electronic version of the thesis to the college one month before the defense (the specific time is subject to the regulations of the college in that year) and copy the text of the thesis. If it is not submitted within the time limit, it cannot participate in the defense. At the same time, the instructor should record the version of the paper submitted by the students.
Article 2 After comparison, if the copy ratio of the total text of the paper exceeds 30% (including 30%), the paper must be re-completed and rebuilt in the next year; If the total text copy ratio of the paper exceeds 20% (including 20%) but does not exceed 30%, it should be revised and resubmitted for the second text copy comparison with the consent of the tutor.
Article 3 After the second comparison, if the copy ratio of the total text of the paper exceeds 15% (including 15%), the paper must be re-completed and rebuilt in the next year; Papers with a total text reproduction rate below 15% (excluding 15%) are allowed to enter the application defense procedure. The tutor needs to file the version of the paper that has entered the application defense procedure.
Article 4 The papers that enter the defense application procedure and the papers that are finally submitted to the college need to be basically the same as those that are compared by text reproduction. If there is a big revision, it needs to be carried out under the guidance of the instructor, and the electronic version of the paper needs to be submitted for another copy comparison. Papers with a total copy ratio of less than 20% (excluding 20%) are allowed to be submitted to the college, and the tutor needs to save the final version of the papers submitted to the college.
Article 5 If the papers submitted by students do not meet the requirements of Article 4, the leading group of undergraduate graduation thesis work has the right to cancel their defense qualification and grade.
Article 6 If a student disagrees with the comparison result of the text reproduction ratio, with the consent of the instructor, he may lodge a complaint with the college, which will submit it to the academic committee of the college for evaluation, and the evaluation result will be final.
