Firstly, the paper studies the present situation of the development zone, analyzes and discusses the industrial structure and land layout of the development zone, the relationship between the development zone and surrounding areas, environmental protection and environmental infrastructure, finds out the main environmental problems, and makes a preliminary judgment and analysis on the overall planning and design scheme. Then evaluate the eco-environmental impact in the process of development and construction, and foresee possible environmental problems; Carry out strategic environmental assessment on automobile industrial parks and pharmaceutical industrial parks with high-tech industries, so as to provide scientific guarantee for continuing to adhere to the development direction of leading industries; Finally, the environmental carrying capacity of the development zone is analyzed and evaluated. Based on the strategic environmental evaluation of Changchun High-tech Industrial Development Zone, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to control environmental pollution and solve environmental problems in the newly developed and constructed areas with industrial land as the main part, which provides a scientific basis for the implementation of the development zone planning.
