In building engineering, electromechanical installation engineering is a key technical link, and its construction mainly includes electrical engineering, air conditioning and HVAC engineering, building fire protection engineering, weak current engineering and other specific construction forms. 4. 1 optimization design. HVAC system is a complex electromechanical structure. Before installation, various design evaluations must be carried out to optimize and improve the structural form of mechanical and electrical equipment. When abnormal problems are found in the design stage, the installation and construction scheme must be improved to create favorable conditions for later construction. Attention should be paid to the design of each equipment in HVAC system.
4.2 Optimization function. The construction unit should optimize the quality of the building itself, constantly improve the performance of the building itself, and bring convenience to the electromechanical installation and construction. The realization of energy-saving effect of HVAC depends on the optimization of internal functions of buildings, which is the guarantee for the normal operation of modern HVAC systems. Building function optimization can be adjusted with the help of thermal insulation technology and energy-saving technology, which is very beneficial to electromechanical installation.
4.3 Optimize products. After the adjustment of electromechanical installation technology, the project owner must strictly control the quality of electromechanical equipment and adopt a strict quality audit system for HVAC equipment. This can not only avoid the influence of equipment quality problems on the operation of electromechanical equipment, but also prevent various quality problems in HVAC system and ensure the orderly development of electromechanical installation and construction.
5 weak current system
Weak current system mainly includes integrated wiring, computer network system, digital cable TV system, voice program-controlled exchange system, security system, background music/fire broadcast system, multimedia conference system, public information release system at the front desk, lightning protection grounding and UPS power supply system, automatic fire alarm system and other building intelligent systems. With the development of science and technology, the functional requirements of buffer system are more and more detailed and advanced. Therefore, in the selection of functional host module, we should adhere to the guidance of selecting brand products with mature and advanced technology, and pay attention to the material of conduit in the construction of integrated wiring. Generally speaking, the influence of loop interference can be effectively prevented by selecting KBG metal pipe, effectively protecting grounding and paying attention to the standard spacing between strong conduits.
6 conclusion
