In the strategic layout of "new infrastructure" that the country attaches great importance to, the establishment of big data center also hopes to help build a solid information foundation, promote data elements to participate in the creation and distribution of more value, and ensure the high-quality development of society.
Online retailing has lower operating cost and higher operating efficiency. For a retail enterprise, inventory turnover days and account period are the two most important indicators to measure the operating efficiency of the enterprise, and online retailers perform much better in these two indicators than offline retail stores. The incomparable advantages of online retail and wired physical stores, such as massive containers, are not limited by physical space.
The development of digital categories has gone through the development path from standardized goods to non-standardized products. Most of the early online retailing started with standardized goods, such as books and drinks, but there are great opportunities for non-standardized goods and personalized goods, such as fresh e-commerce, with low standardization and large circulation loss. At the same time, fresh food is a high-frequency consumption and has a very good development prospect.
However, at present, China's big data management has no real pain point for public data management norms.
For example, the data standards between many government departments and industrial enterprises are not uniform and the data interfaces are complex, which leads to the further development of public access to public data, and it is even more difficult to realize public access to public services and urban management information.

There are still many obstacles in information disclosure between government and enterprises, industry and the public, which hinder the improvement of social service efficiency and the deepening development of data economy.
Further promoting the socialization of big data information is a key measure to develop efficient and convenient social life and seize more opportunities for the development of digital economy. With the rapid development of scientific and technological revolution, digital economy has entered the stage from technology exploration to industrial application.
