At 5: 45 on July 6th, 2009, an explosion and fire accident occurred in the C air separation plant of Yima Gasification Plant of Henan Gas (Group) Co., Ltd., causing 15 deaths and 15 serious injuries, resulting in serious economic losses. Explosion will produce shock waves, toxic gases, fires and a series of other situations, so how to save yourself if there is an explosion?

If you are close to the explosion area, you should put on the relief materials around you and evacuate the scene at the first time. If you find someone in need of help, try your best to help them escape, and don't stay at the scene. After all, there may be a second explosion or poisoning. When evacuating safely, cover your mouth and nostrils with a towel soaked in water, bypass the explosion area and lean over in the upwind direction. If you have been injured and trapped in a certain place, immediately disconnect the water and electricity around you, use hemostatic to stop bleeding, then disinfect the wound with alcohol, and then bandage the wound to avoid wound infection;

If it is a chemical burn, take off your clothes immediately, minimize the damage caused by chemical absorption, and break the blisters to stop the burn process. Because blisters usually contain chemicals, don't wipe your eyes or mouth with your hands to avoid poisoning. Rinse the wound with clean water continuously, thoroughly treat the chemicals on the skin, cover the burned area with clean clothes, and put on a gas mask to wait for rescue. If there is no gas mask, you can use a towel dipped in water instead. When an explosion occurs, communication may also be interrupted. If trapped in a corner, knock on the steel pipe, etc. Turn it up as loud as possible to make it easier for rescuers to find your location.

If it is far away from the explosion area, try to help those injured people, take them away from the explosion site, wait for the banquet, and don't watch it to avoid secondary explosion or poisoning.
