Galvanized steel pipe requires threaded connection, and both ends of the joint are fixed with special grounding cards, which cross the grounding wire. (2) Installation of distribution box: a, reserved holes of distribution box. Because the drawings give the electrical installers a coordinated way: "During electrical construction, electricians should cooperate closely and do a good job of reserving holes and embedded parts", and the specific dimensions of reserved holes are not specified in the drawings in detail, so there are no unified and standardized reserved holes in the user metering boxes of most buildings. According to careful statistics, only five floors have been built in the three units of Building 47#. 15 of the reserved holes in the metering box, only 2 holes are still qualified, and the remaining 5 holes are not left. Six reserved holes are not lintels. According to article 3.0.7 of GB50203-2002 Code for Quality Acceptance of Masonry Engineering, when the number of holes left in masonry walls exceeds 300, lintels should be set. The two holes are extremely bad (there are photos of 15 holes), and examples like this are more prominent in building C-64#. Other buildings abound. B, the box quality has the following problems: ① The dimensions are not determined according to the drawing requirements. (2) The dimensions of the products delivered to the construction site are inconsistent with the drawings. Upon arrival, visual inspection shall be carried out to check whether there is a factory certificate, whether the nameplate is correct, whether the accessories are complete, whether the insulation part is defective or cracked, and whether the coating is complete. (2) The iron box of the distribution box should be consistent with the drawing size. When the width of flat steel is different, the lap length should be wider; (2) The lap length of round steel shall not be less than 6 times of its diameter, and it shall be welded on both sides. When the diameters are different, the lap length with larger diameter shall prevail; (3) When the round steel is connected with the flat steel, its lap length should not be less than 6 times the diameter of the round steel, and it should be welded on both sides; (4) When welding flat steel and steel pipe, flat steel and angle steel, it should be close to the 3/4 surface of steel pipe or the outer two sides of angle steel, and the upper and lower sides should be welded; ⑤ In addition to the welded joints buried in concrete, other measures should be taken to prevent corrosion. Time flies, I have been in the company for almost a year in a blink of an eye, and I feel a lot and gain a lot. Joining X box transformer company is a good opportunity for me to develop, and it is also a good opportunity to exercise and improve my various abilities. Here, first of all, I would like to thank the company leaders and colleagues for their strong support, care and help, so that I can quickly adapt to the company's management system and do my best to do my job well. Since I entered the company, I have carefully understood the general situation of the company's development, studied the company's rules and regulations, and become familiar with the company's technological process. At the same time, I really felt the positive and inspiring corporate culture, which benefited me a lot. I will summarize my work in the past year as follows:

First, work hard.

The installation group, primary cord group, primary copper bus group and secondary wire group in the workshop lasted for three months. We entered the box substation from the workshop, which can be said to be our first impression of the box substation company. I have to say that the workshop workers have set up a good image for me and benefited me a lot. /kloc-I entered the technical institute for internship in October, and deeply felt the spirit of hard work and Excellence of my colleagues. When I entered the technical room, I knew that my burden was heavy. I always remember this sentence: "If you want to give someone a bowl of water, you must have a bucket of water." . As technicians, we should not only be able to handle the requirements put forward by customers, but more importantly, we should be able to solve the problems on the spot and understand the operation of the machinery and equipment on the spot.

Second, study hard and make continuous progress

At work, study hard, constantly improve yourself, and use other time to learn more advanced knowledge. From drawing the simplest manufacturing specifications to drawing a complete set of drawings, I have my own diligence and eagerness to learn, and it is impossible not to answer the questions of my colleagues in the office. I not only learned a lot from the old engineers, but also gave me a lot of insights. My colleagues not only carefully reviewed the drawings I designed for the first time, but also patiently explained them to me. I am very grateful to my colleagues for their help and have enough confidence to work better in the cultural atmosphere of our company.

Third, shortcomings and deficiencies.

Because of the short working hours and lack of skills and experience in many aspects, it is not easy to deal with many problems. In the future work, we should dare to solve and deal with problems, never escape when encountering problems, and learn from experienced technicians and old workers with an open mind; In addition, timely sort out experiences and lessons, record all doubts and unknowns, and take the time to solve them and make records, so that the same thing can be solved faster in the future. Seriously study the knowledge of changing boxes, so that I can better complete the work and tasks assigned by the leaders in the future work and mature myself faster.

Fourth, self-evaluation.
