With the development of China's economy, the securities market is playing an increasingly important role. The securities market is generally composed of bond market and stock market. However, China's stock market is developing by leaps and bounds, and the bond market, especially the corporate bond market, is lagging behind, which seriously restricts the development of China's securities market, affects the financing efficiency of the whole society, and cannot give full play to its effective role in resource allocation. Developing the corporate bond market can not only adjust the financing structure and financing mode of Chinese enterprises, but also further improve the capital market structure of China. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop and improve the corporate bond market in China. Through the analysis of the current situation of China's corporate bond market, this paper finds out the problems existing in China's corporate bond market, deeply analyzes their causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to further promote the development of China's corporate bond market.
