Uncertainty relation is an important and basic relation in quantum mechanics. This paper makes a series of essential analysis and discussion on uncertainty relation. Firstly, the precise expression of w. Heisenberg's uncertainty relation and the types of various physical meanings are introduced. Secondly, the uncertainty relationship is analyzed from three aspects: particle wave-particle duality, particle orbit theory and statistical quantification. Finally, the uncertainty relation is further discussed, and it is pointed out that uncertainty relation is the inevitable result of wave-particle duality of microscopic particles. As beginners of quantum mechanics, we can't correctly understand the uncertainty relation. On the premise that predecessors have consulted a lot of data, this paper makes a deep analysis and discussion from three aspects: wave-particle duality, particle orbit theory and quantitative statistics of uncertain relations, so that we can better and more comprehensively understand uncertain relations without interfering with the concept of "classical position".
