Teachers play an important role in education. As an emissary, you must have morality in order to preach, teach and dispel doubts, influence and educate the social crowd with your own strength, and do people's things well. Master Han Yu said, "Where the Tao is, the teacher is there." Teachers must abide by the strict requirements of teachers if they want to have a good ethics. Love for students, but love for teachers is not enough. We need to teach and solve problems, and we need professional knowledge. The purpose, function, methods, principles and system of teaching are expounded in the study notes, so that teachers must take action after defining their own goals. How to do it in learning methods, contents and attitudes? For the clear information in Persuasion, I will talk about some reflections on professional growth in combination with 94 pages of Persuasion.
Only "introspection" reading can be used by me.
During the one-month winter vacation, I finished reading the book "Learning to Remember Teachers and Persuade Learning". 100 page of the book for a month, but only a cursory look. I read a few books in the middle, and each one gained a little. It is precisely because every book has gained a little bit in disorder that I can't help but reflect: I have read more than a dozen educational books and even bought educational books myself during my three years in the reading pavilion. Why can't I use the essence? Where did I slow down on the road of career growth?
I found the answer in this part of the book. After reading the book, the teacher said to persuade students to learn. Not firm in learning ambition and lacking in-depth attitude can not be called "eager to learn". Teachers must have solid knowledge to become qualified teachers. Teachers should have a rigorous teaching attitude and a pragmatic spirit. Only in this way can we do our work well. We often say that students want a bowl of water and teachers want a bucket of water. How can we get this bucket of water? It is necessary for us to improve our professional quality and read books to input. The more books we read, the better. Reading should be carefully thought out, digested and absorbed, so that it can be introspected and absorbed for my use.
On page 94, this article wrote: "It is not a good shot, it is a failure; A thousand miles is not enough, and good is not enough; Learning badly is because ethics has nothing to do with human nature. Those who learn well will learn well. Once in the way, once in the way, the person who draws the lane is also. Few good people, many bad people, stubborn, stubborn, stealing chickens and dogs. Do it, and then the scholar also. " It means: "If one of the 100 arrows shot misses the target, it is not a good arrow; Driving a horse a thousand miles away, only half a step away from completion, is not a good driving; If we can't wait for the analogy to pass, we can't adhere to the principle of benevolence and righteousness, and of course we can't call it good learning. Learning is an in-depth matter, and you must have determination. Those who are not determined and ignore good or bad are ordinary people in the market. There are few good behaviors and many bad behaviors, all of which are people like Jay, Zhou and Stealing Feet. You can be a scholar if you can concentrate on your study completely and thoroughly. "
After reading this article, I reflect on the reasons for the slow growth of my major: First, the number of books has increased, but I lack introspection and a thorough spirit. Without introspection and absorption, reading will grow slowly.
There is an example around us: Mr. Sun of our school was able to buy books at his own expense when his salary was very low when he first joined the work, and he had a firm ambition to study science in depth, and was finally rated as "the leader of the discipline". In addition, our headmaster has also made up his mind in his study, done it thoroughly and achieved gratifying results. Their determination and in-depth study are what I want to learn. In the future, we should also combine the theory and practice of reading and introspection synchronization with our own teaching to apply what we have learned.
Second, we should insist on reading professional books and life books. Our teachers need professional growth and self-care to keep their physical and mental health.
Third, write properly, so that you can better sort out what you have read. Writing is also a process of thinking internalization.
Finally, I would like to share with you my gains from attending the book club. I feel more confident in class and more talkative with students and parents. I am not so angry with those naughty children. In order to better control the classroom and get more physical and mental health, I suggest that you have a cup of tea or chew your favorite snacks after class every day, turn over a few pages of your favorite food and keep company with books.
