Institutions should declare their professional titles from the primary level. If they have a bachelor's degree, they can be admitted without examination after the one-year internship expires.

To apply for professional and technical titles, you should fill in the application approval form, including your resume and awards, and report your academic certificate and award-winning certificate. Deputy senior or above titles, should also be reported to the individual scientific and technological achievement award certificate, academic papers and other related materials.
