2. Students' situation
In the course, the discipline and order of most classes are generally good, but some students still talk, sleep and play mobile phones in class, and are late, especially absent from class. (3) Some teachers (mainly young teachers) are not strict with classroom discipline, and there are phenomena of talking, sleeping and playing with mobile phones in class. When some teachers are in class, students are concentrated in the back row and don't concentrate on listening.
(4) Due to various reasons, some teachers are not strict enough in the management of students' lateness and truancy, and do not count the number of students attending classes for a long time, resulting in students' laziness.
