Submission result: After this overhaul, another minor repair was carried out, which was accepted for publication.
Edit the contents of the letter (note: abridged):
Dear Mr. XXX,
Your manuscript has been reviewed by editors and qualified reviewers. We think the manuscript is valuable, but it needs to be revised before we agree to publish it in the magazine. It is necessary to carefully consider the points raised in the reviewer's comments, which are attached below.
If you choose to submit revisions to your manuscript, please include the responses to the reviewers' comments in the revised paper. A complete rebuttal without revising the manuscript is usually considered insufficient and may lead to a lengthy review procedure.
When resubmitting, you must attach a letter detailing your amendments item by item.
You will be asked to upload this reply to the reviewer as a separate file in the Attachment area.
We ask you to resubmit your manuscript within 45 days. After this time, your document will be invalid, and further submission will be regarded as a new manuscript.
To submit a revision, go to /lfs/ and log in as the author.
You will see a menu item named Submission Needing Revision. You will find your submission record there.
You are sincere,
Dr Joseph Bachel.

Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of anti-b virus action of a.
Abstract: Rewrite the abstract to read more smoothly.
A is an alkaloid isolated from C, and its antiviral activity was tested. In vivo and in vitro tests and serum pharmacological tests show that A has potential antiviral activity. The pharmacokinetic characteristics of A in plasma of Sprague/ Dawley rats after oral administration were determined by HPLC. The blood samples collected at selected time points were analyzed to study the potential changes of antiviral pharmacodynamics through virus infectivity determination. From the similarity between serum concentration profile and antiviral activity profile, it can be concluded that before biological inactivation, it was itself rather than metabolites that acted on the virus. Effective clinical drugs against hepatitis B virus are needed, and these results indicate the possibility of benefiting from further hepatitis B virus experiments.
The author should check to ensure that the terms blood sample, plasma and serum are always used properly in the abstract and text.
Introduction: Some sentences can be less passive. Example 1 first paragraph
> > > > GTA seems to be the most important alkaloid isolated from this plant, and its structural formula is shown in figure 1. When it produces general inhibition of antibody production, lymphocyte proliferation is stimulated (Xia Hewang, 1997). These pharmacological properties indicate the potential use of anti-B virus in the treatment of viral myocarditis, which can be studied in cell culture and animal experiments.
& gt& gt& gt The author should check the spelling mistakes in the whole manuscript (given example: alkaloids are misspelled alkaloids in your article).
& gt& gt& gt The author should read the author's guide and don't quote the author's name in the text. In the reference section, the name should be abbreviated as shown in the author's guide (therefore, the earlier reference should be (Liu et al., 2003) and the rest should be (Chen et al., 2002).
& gt& gt& gt& gt& gt The author does not directly answer the first complicated question of the commentator # 1, but takes these three questions as the future research goals in the discussion part.
& gt& gt& gt& gt& gt& gt The author can choose to modify the wording of the statistical analysis section, stating that the result of the table is average +-SEM and the number is +- SD, instead of redrawing the number.
& gt& gt& gt& gt& gt By including representative photos showing cells and hearts of CPE, reviewer # 1 comment No.8 and reviewer # 2 comment No.3 may be satisfied. Remember, most readers of the magazine have never seen what you are trying to describe.
Because I think you can handle all the questions raised, I hope to see you carefully check the wrong revised manuscript. If you have any questions or don't know how to answer any questions raised, please contact me, bahl@u.arizona.edu Joseph Barr, Ph.D. Editor of 2 Life Sciences.
The author's original reply:
Dear Dr. Barr,
M your comments and suggestions (note: formal letters should not be appreciated).
I (note: actually, it was done by students) conducted an antiviral experiment in vivo (note: it should be noted that it was done at the suggestion of reviewers or editors). Mice were sealed at 15 and 30 days after infection. . Mortality, heart weight/weight ratio (HW/BW), virologist and pathological section were calculated. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IL- 10, IFN-γ and TNF-αmRNA.
I revised this manuscript, paying special attention to your opinions and suggestions. I want to resubmit it to life science. The title of the manuscript has been changed to "antiviral effect of A on B virus and its pharmacokinetic behavior in serum of SD rats" to make it clearer and smoother.
The answers to the reviewers' questions are as follows: (Note: It can be attached to the reply to the editor)

Edit comments and suggestions:
Title: Rewrite the title to read more fluently in contemporary English.
A: In order to make the title clearer and smoother, I changed the title to "Antiviral effect of A on B virus and its pharmacological behavior in serum of SD rats".
Abstract: Rewrite the abstract to read more smoothly.
Answer: I revised the abstract "Carefree" to make it more fluent and informative.
The author should check to ensure that the terms blood sample, plasma and serum are always used properly in the abstract and text.
Answer: I have paid attention to this issue and it is clear.
Introduction:
Some sentences can become less passive.
Answer: I have revised the whole paper, making my university a descriptive passive and useful help in English.
The author should check the spelling mistakes of the whole manuscript.
Answer: I'm very sorry to have added so many spelling mistakes to you.
The author should read the author's guide and don't quote the author's name in the text. In the reference section, the name should be abbreviated as shown in the author's guide (therefore, the earlier reference should be (Liu et al., 2003) and the rest should be (Chen et al., 2002).
A: I changed the style of references.
The author can choose to modify the wording of the statistical analysis part to explain that the result of the table is average +-SEM and the number is +- SD, instead of redrawing the number.

By including representative photos showing cells and hearts of CPE, reviewer # 1 comment No.8 and reviewer # 2 comment No.3 may be satisfied. Remember: most readers of the magazine have never seen what you are trying to describe.
Answer: Thank you for your suggestions. I added a picture of the pathological section of the heart in my paper (Figure 2).
Because this kind of omission and confusing statement has caused you so much trouble, I must apologize (note: generally it is not delay or human error, so there is no need to apologize easily. Just modify it as suggested). Your opinions and suggestions have really helped me a lot. I have made great efforts for this review. I hope it's satisfactory.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is any information I can provide.
Thank you again for your time and patience. I look forward to hearing from you.
