Training and assessment outline for pressure pipeline inspectors in Beijing

I. Guiding ideology

According to the requirements of the State Council (Order No.373) Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment and Document No.222 of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Rules for Qualification Examination of Special Equipment Inspectors for Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipes, this outline is specially formulated to improve the technical quality and inspection quality of pressure pipe inspectors and ensure the safe operation of pressure pipe equipment.

Second, the purpose and requirements of the assessment

Through the study and assessment of the training course for pressure pipeline inspectors, the students will be further familiar with and understand the relevant laws, regulations and standards, master the basic skills and routine inspection methods of in-service inspection and supervision inspection of pressure pipelines, and correctly evaluate the skills of pipeline radiographic films. The ultimate goal is to enable inspectors to make a correct inspection plan, carry out inspection on industrial pipelines and public pipelines, accurately determine the existing defects qualitatively and quantitatively, and take corresponding measures to deal with them correctly. Pass the examination of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills, and obtain the qualification certificate of pressure pipeline inspector.

Third, the reporting conditions

Personnel applying for the inspection qualification of pressure pipeline inspectors shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Having a college degree or above in chemical machinery or pipelines, or having the qualification of assistant engineer in chemical machinery or pipelines, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure pipelines for more than one year;

(2) Having a technical secondary school degree in chemical machinery and pipelines, a college degree or above in science and engineering (non-chemical machinery and pipelines) or a professional technician in chemical machinery and pipelines, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure pipelines for more than two years;

(3) Having a technical secondary school education or technician qualification in science and engineering (non-pipeline specialty), having been trained in pipeline inspection, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure pipelines for more than three years;

Fourth, the choice of teaching materials.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) evaluates the content and requirements

(1) Evaluation requirements

Qualification examination of pressure pipeline inspectors, including basic knowledge, professional knowledge, practical operation skills and negative film examination (those with RT Ⅱ or above NDT qualification can be exempted from negative film examination).

1, the inspector's theoretical knowledge assessment includes basic knowledge and professional knowledge (including comprehensive, planned inspection and supervision and inspection knowledge) with a percentage system, and 70 points are qualified. Examination time 150 minutes.

2. Film evaluation mainly evaluates the inspector's skills in detecting X-ray defects, and uses standards to make accurate evaluation. The assessment adopts a percentage system, and the score of 70 is qualified.

3 should be based on the application of the actual assessment of the inspection items. The examination time should be after the basic, professional knowledge and X-ray examination are qualified. Because the focus of practical assessment is to examine the inspector's ability to solve practical problems, we might as well learn from the inspector's assessment method and submit our own technical summary of pressure pipeline inspection when applying for inspector qualification. The assessment adopts a percentage system, and 70 points are qualified.

(3) Skill appraisal test accounts for 60%, test defense accounts for 40%, and the total score is 100.

2. Mode (2)

Thesis and thesis defense:

(1) The content of the paper should be combined with reality. More than 5,000 words

(2) The paper can be inspection scheme, inspection technology and inspection appraisal report.

(3) Thesis accounts for 60%, defense accounts for 40%, and the total score is 100.

3. Mode (3)

Pick questions and answer questions on the spot (the questions should be able to comprehensively evaluate students' actual test ability)

IX. Examination Standards

The inspectors who participate in the training and assessment of pressure pipeline inspectors can only declare to the higher authorities if their theoretical basis, film evaluation and practical operation skills are above the qualified score, and then they will be issued with the qualification certificate of pressure pipeline inspectors after passing the examination; If two or one of the three items fails, you can give a make-up exam. If you fail all three items or the make-up exam, you have to take the training again and then take the exam.
