Introduction to CFA exam questions
CFA level 1
CFA Level 1 Examination * * * contains 180 multiple-choice questions and is divided into two examination courses. 135 minutes:
① CFA Level 1 exam (2 hours, 15 minutes): It contains 90 multiple-choice questions, covering topics such as ethics and professional standards, economics, quantitative methods, financial reporting and analysis, etc.
② CFA Level 2 exam in the second quarter (2 hours, 15 minutes): It contains 90 multiple-choice questions covering derivatives, fixed income, corporate financing, stocks, alternative investment, portfolio management, etc.
CFA level 2
CFA Level 2 exam consists of 88 multiple-choice questions, divided into two 2-hour, 12-minute exam courses, and CFA Level 2 exam consists of item set exam questions.
CFA level 3
CFA Level 3 exam consists of item sets, including multiple-choice questions and structured paper (answer) question sets. CFA Level 3 exam lasts 4 hours and 24 minutes, and is divided into two identical courses, 2 hours, 12 minutes.
How long does it take to prepare CFA?
On this issue, it depends on the examinee's own situation. Different people have different learning abilities, so the time for studying and preparing for the exam will be different. According to the candidates' data published by CFA Institute over the years, the average time required for CFA Level 1 exam candidates is 306 hours, CFA Level 2 exam is about 330 hours, and CFA Level 3 exam takes the longest time, about 350 hours. As can be seen from the preparation time, CFA Level 1 ~ Level 3 exams are gradually increasing from simple to difficult. In terms of time, candidates must make good arrangements.
