Qiao Jianhua (1958 ~ 1980) is a native of Zhongjia Village, Miaojiaping Township, Zizhou County, northern Shaanxi Province. 1979 1, Joe joined the army and was a soldier in the Armed Police Squadron of Binxian Public Security Bureau. Joe is strict with himself, diligent in study and practice, and has been commended and rewarded by the class, team and county and local public security bureaus many times. 1980 at 5 am on may 26th, a fire broke out in the county non-staple food processing factory. Joe and his comrades rushed to the scene of the fire, and five soldiers climbed onto the roof without hesitation. Joe led other comrades into the fire station. Everyone quickly moved out of the pastry box, pastry rack, square stool toolbox and so on. The soldiers in the room opened a crack, but the fire had burned through the ceiling, causing the roof to catch fire. The workshop was filled with smoke and the fire was blazing. Joe, his comrades-in-arms and workers are carrying big equipment such as biscuit machine and dough mixer. While Joe was still moving things, the burning roof collapsed, the oil pan exploded and the flames soared. Joe fell into the fire!
After Qiao Jianhua's death, according to his performance and application before his death, the CPC Binxian County Party Committee ratified Qiao Jianhua's Communist Youth League party member, the Communist Youth League Binxian County Committee awarded him the title of "model Communist Youth League member", and the Shaanxi Provincial Public Security Department awarded him the title of "revolutionary martyr", which earned him first-class merit.
