[47] "Where is the room" two sentences: "The Book of Songs Zheng Feng Dongmen": "Dongmen, Osaka is easy, its room is near, and its people are far away." Later generations used it as a word to mourn the dead. My wife's great-grandfather Wang Zhiqian is a descendant of Gong Wei, the prime minister of the Song Dynasty. Their family moved from Daming House to Wanqiu and later to Yuyao. During the period from Yuan Dynasty to Shun Dynasty, an official on Pingjiang Road came from their family, and because their family lived in Kunshan, people in the county called their family king. Wang Weng's temperament is generous and free and easy, and extraordinary. He, Ye, the left assistant minister of the official department, and Zhang Gongge, the Qing of Dali Temple, were respected figures at that time. They have a good friendship with each other and formed in-laws. By the early years of Chenghua, their family had built hundreds of houses by the Anting River. The hall is resplendent, spacious and bright, with elegant taste, and the word "beauty in the world" is mentioned on the plaque. Master Yang Shouzhi of Siming Mountain wrote the Story of Shimeitang for him.
In the middle of Jiajing, Wang Weng's great-grandson wanted to sell Shimeitang because he owed taxes to the court. I was studying in the classroom, and my wife said, "As long as you are here, you can't make people feel sad about the destruction of their homes." After listening to it, I feel very sad, but I also like the quiet and beautiful environment there, which can avoid the noise of the world. So, I want to borrow money to repay the buyer (buy Shimeitang). If the money is not enough, I have to take out a mortgage every year. It took five or six years to pay back the money. Anting is a place with lazy folk customs and barren land. At the beginning, people in the county were scrambling to stop me with the harm of doing so, so I told them the story that Sun Shuai invited him to sleep in the mound and Han Xianzi moved to Xintian, and everyone laughed at him. I have never calculated and checked my family finances. My wife never told me this situation, but told slaves to reclaim wasteland. In the drought year, only my family's land was harvested. Every year when the rice is ripe, (my wife) will use them to make wine for my parents before she dares to taste it. When the wheat is harvested, (my wife) will make them into delicious sauces for her in-laws before she dares to cook with them. She didn't do anything inconsiderate to her ancestors, received guests, married her children, and made courtesy exchanges between relatives and friends. Most of my helpless sisters come to me, and scholars running around can't bear it. Sometimes, when something goes wrong, she finally accepts it silently without complaining. Because she liked reading, there were scattered books in the old scholarly family at that time, so she borrowed them from the old lady in the neighborhood and bought thousands of books. During my year in Geng Xu, I went to Beijing to take an exam and failed. It took me ten days to go home by land. Peony flowers were in full bloom at that time, and my wife prepared wine to comfort me. I said, "No regrets?" She said, "I just want to go to Lumen Mountain with you to collect medicine and live in seclusion. What's a pity? " When Zhang Wengong of Changsha died, I cried sadly. My wife said with tears streaming down her face, "No one in this world knows you anymore! But Zhang Gong failed you! " 19 1 1 At the end of May, the year after Zhang's death, my wife passed away. Three years later, Japanese slaves invaded the border of China and plundered many times in one day. However, my house is not damaged, nor are the books in the hall. I have been living in the county town since then, and I only go there twice a year. Tomb-Sweeping Day, Xin Younian, I took my son and daughter-in-law to pay homage and stayed to repair the damaged place. I stayed here for a long time and didn't leave. One day, my father sat idly in the hall and said to me sadly, "The house is still there, but people are gone. I miss my daughter! " "After I retired, I was very sad, so I recorded these and wrote the postscript of Shimeitang.
