Li Li is currently a professor at the National Defense University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, a doctor of military science, a national March 8th red flag bearer, a delegate to the 10th National Women's Congress, and a winner of the silver medal for education of the whole army. One of the 48 publicity experts of the whole army identified by the General Political Department, associate professor of the Department of Military Logistics and Military Science and Technology Equipment of National Defense University, and deputy director of the Department of Military Science and Technology Teaching and Research.

I graduated from Xi Second Artillery Engineering College, majoring in computer science. After graduation, he worked in the communication terminal of the Second Artillery Corps for five years, and served as director, assistant instructor, instructor and organization officer of the long-distance station, and won the third-class merit twice.

At the same time, he served as a special military commentator for China People's Broadcasting Station and Voice of the Straits Radio Station.
