Our whole class came to Biotechnology Co., Ltd. with joy and practiced for three months. This internship made us feel the corporate culture of the group. There are pains and joys in work, but more is gain. We benefited a lot from this internship.

The ancients said, "It's hard to understand what you get on paper, and what you know must be done." This is an internship combining theory with practice, applying theory to practice and accumulating more theoretical knowledge in practice. With the help of company leaders and instructors, we successfully ended our internship. I summed up the following points in my three-month internship:

1, mentality change. We don't have to worry about some problems in school life. We can keep up with our studies in school life, but not at work. At work, we should consider how to improve work efficiency, how to deal with the relationship with superior colleagues, and the unsatisfactory work, all of which need us to treat with a normal heart.

2. plan to do things. With a clear plan, the goal will be clear, so that you will not be at a loss in your work. After more than three months of internship in the general department, I wrote a work log every day, recorded what I wanted to do, and then summarized the completion. The journal seems ordinary, but it virtually improves your work efficiency and order.

3. Don't take it for granted. There are different stages in doing big things and small things. To do great things, we must do small things well. We are in the internship stage, so it is necessary to do some trivial things. At work, what each of us does most is to draw water, mop the floor and clean the table, but I am not bored, but regard it as a lecture hall for my quality training.

The three-month internship is coming to an end. In the running-in of theory and practice, we are more mature and steady than when we came, and we have also gained some practical experience. In the fierce competition and difficult employment, our first step has laid a certain foundation for us. In the future professional combat, we will play louder and more beautifully!
