From l9l9 to l923, I studied in Tumote Primary School. He was admitted to Beijing Mongolian and Tibetan School in autumn and joined the China Socialist Youth League in winter.
1924, he participated in a series of revolutionary activities in Beijing, such as the National Conference Movement initiated by Sun Yat-sen and Li Dazhao.
In l925, together with Duo Songnian and Kui Bi, he founded the earliest revolutionary publication Mongolian Farmers in Inner Mongolia, participated in the May 30th Movement in Beijing, and joined China in September. That winter, He Duo Songnian, He Duo Songnian and Kang Gencheng were selected by the Northern District Committee of the Communist Party of China and sent to study at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow, the Soviet Union.

After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression started, he successively worked in the Mongolian Banner Security Corps and the Mongolian Banner Independent Brigade of the New 3rd Division of the National Revolutionary Army, and served as Party Secretary of the CPC and Political Commissar of the Military and Political Committee.

1988 died of illness in Beijing on February 8th at the age of 82.
