Ding Yushan is from Weixin County, Yunnan Province. Graduated from Huangpu Military Academy. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Pan Shuoduan was transferred to the division commander of the 60th Army184th Division, and landed in Huludao, Liaoning for eight days and nights from coastal defense and maritime transportation in Vietnam, and was stationed along the railways such as Haicheng, Anshan and Yingkou. 1946 On May 27th, the Democratic Allied Forces approached the front line of Haicheng, and Ding Yushan took the opportunity to announce the uprising in Haicheng. After the Haicheng Uprising, the184th Division was reorganized as the "First Army of China Democratic Allied Forces", with Ding Yushan as the commander.
