Jolin Tsai (1980 September 15) was born in Xinbei City, Taiwan Province Province, China, and is a pop singer and fashion designer in China.

1998, Jolin Tsai won the first prize in the "Newborn Card War" music competition held by MTV Music Station. 1In July, 1999, he released his first single EP "Neighboring the World" and began his singing career.
