What kind of resume is suitable for foreign companies?

At present, most well-written Chinese resumes in the job market are in professional English resume format, and some even translate English resumes into Chinese word by word, so that the format of such resumes can at least be in line with international standards. American resumes, especially those of famous American business schools, are concise, one-page and efficient in communication. British resumes have many pages, and personal information such as age is fully "disclosed". In contrast, the description of work experience is not concrete and vivid enough, which is not desirable. Resumes in this format spread to Hong Kong more than 30 years ago and have been widely circulated in the market after localization. Although it has been "icing on the cake", plus the current salary level and salary expectation, there are still few descriptions of work experience. If you apply for a job in a foreign company, the less political the better. It is recommended not to write political views. Foreigners don't need to know your personal political privacy. However, there are also some foreign bosses who admire the excellent quality of * * * and require middle-level management cadres to be * * * *. If you know this "inside story", you are sure to get what you want. Some people think that companies are willing to recruit more active employees, so they write "cheerful personality" on their resumes. Some of these people really believe that they are cheerful, and some think that writing cheerful is better, but it is not necessary. Other job seekers waste a lot of space and words to describe their personality: extroverted, lively and cheerful, sociable, proactive, good at singing and dancing ... These are indeed some advantages, but they are all advantages that writing equals not writing, because personality and other characteristics often need to be evaluated through two-way communication, which is a subjective impression. Experienced recruiters will never believe anyone's self-confessed personality characteristics, because it is not a hard indicator, unlike academic qualifications and professional skills that can be compared horizontally through quantitative measurement. No matter how much you say, experienced recruiters will not be emotional, and reason will tell them, "This is not enough." In addition, students who want to apply for work in foreign companies should pay attention! Whether you are fat or thin, or stand out from the crowd, the topic of "height and weight" should not be mentioned in your resume. Successful candidates in foreign-funded enterprises all know that one of the important reasons for being hired by foreign companies is to understand the culture of foreign companies and practice it. In western culture, "height and weight" is a particularly private topic. When you slip out and ask a question about foreign women's age, it usually annoys the other person. It is not suitable for asking privacy, and of course it is not suitable for taking the initiative to explain. So, don't leave anything in your resume that shows that you don't know anything about foreign countries and foreign company cultures.
