Aiming at the scientific and technological requirements of ecological security barrier construction such as forestry ecological engineering in China, the theoretical and technical system of shelter forest cultivation-construction-evaluation was innovated. The theory of shelterbelt cultivation in one stage, two years and three stages is established, and the idea of shelterbelt construction based on total water resources and system coordination is put forward.

Character experience

The evaluation idea of forestry ecological engineering promoting construction by evaluation is clarified, and the technical systems such as directional cultivation, structural optimization and integrated evaluation of sky-air-tower-ground are constructed. It has become the core scientific and technological support for the construction of major forestry ecological projects such as the three-north shelterbelt and natural forest protection and the formulation of relevant laws and regulations by the state. 1983-1987, obtained a bachelor's degree from Shenyang Agricultural University.
