Wang Xiaodong, a native of Hulan County, Heilongjiang Province, was born in July 1967. Doctor, professor, tutor of foreign doctoral students in philosophy, executive director of Heilongjiang Philosophy Society. He received his Ph.D. in 2002 and engaged in postdoctoral research in the School of Philosophy and Sociology of Beijing Normal University in 2004.
