Jiangxi Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a joint venture invested and established by Taiwan Province Far East Group Asia Cement Co., Ltd. and one of the largest Sino-foreign joint ventures in Jiangxi Province, with a total investment of about 250 million US dollars.

The company is located in Matou Town, Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province, near the Yangtze River. At present, the factory occupies 674 mu, the mine occupies 3428 mu, and other clay mining areas and ports occupy 16 19 mu. Limestone reserves of 335 million tons, excellent quality.

The first-phase workshop project of the company broke ground on 1997, the No.1 kiln of/kloc-0 was successfully ignited and put into production on July 1 2000, and the No.2 kiln was also completed and put into production on September 1 6, 2003. In the second quarter of 2007, No.3 kiln was put into production, and No.4 kiln was put into production in May of 20 10. At present, No.5 and No.6 kilns have started construction. It is estimated that No.5 kiln will be put into production in September 20 13. By then, the annual output of clinker in the whole company will reach more than 8 million tons, and the annual output of all kinds of cement will be about10 million tons.
