Biography of Dong Jian
Dong Jian (19 17- 1993) is a national first-class artist, honorary president of Sichuan Painting Academy, one of Binzhou's famous "Four Old Painters (Shi Yutian, Dong Jian, Zhang and Cha Qidian)", Feng Yuxiang's painting and calligraphy teacher, and a member of Shandong Artists Association. In his early and later years, Mr. Dong Jian insisted on painting gardens, splashing ink and being diligent.
