Shaoyang, also known as Baoqing, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hunan Province. Located in the southwest of Hunan Province, upstream of Zijiang River, with a total land area of 20,824.37 square kilometers, including Shuangqing District, Daxiang District, Beita District, Wugang City, Shaodong City, Chengbu County, Xinshao County, Shaoyang County, Longhui County, Dongkou County, Suining County and Xinning County.
