1997 10, Shi Yiting was born in Niexi Village, Lei Ping Town, Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. At birth, due to lack of oxygen in the brain, the muscles of the left upper limb atrophy, and she became a four-level limb disabled person.

On August 25th, 20 19, Hunan team, composed of Shi Yiting, Jiang Fenfen, Zhou Xia and Wen Xiaoyan, won the women's T35-38 4x4100-meter relay race in the 10th Paralympic Games and the 7th Special Olympics with a score of 50 seconds 757.
