Qu resume
Qu was born in Daxian County (now Dazhou), Sichuan Province. /kloc-joined the Chinese red army of workers and peasants in 0/932 and China in 0/935.

During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he worked as a propagandist, secretary, spy and clerk. Participated in the anti-"encirclement and suppression" battle and the Long March in the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area.

During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's period, he served as director, political instructor, clerk, section chief, deputy minister, division security department minister and so on, and participated in the anti-"mopping-up" movement.

During the War of Liberation, he served as the column security minister, the corps security minister and the head of the garrison headquarters Military Law Department of the Songhu Garrison of the East China Military Region, and participated in the battles of Donggou, Tai 'an, Meng Lianggu, crossing the river and liberating Shanghai.

After the founding of New China, he successively served as the deputy director of the political department of air defense forces in East China Military Region, the director of the political department of air defense forces in Nanjing Military Region, and the second director of the political department of air force in Nanjing Military Region, making contributions to the revolutionization, modernization and regularization of the army.
