He is currently a senior partner of Shanghai Duanhe Duan Law Firm, an external supervisor of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. and an external supervisor of the Bank. Mr. Wu is currently a director of Shanghai Lawyers Association, vice chairman of Shanghai Advisory Committee for Foreign-invested Enterprises, special inspector of Shanghai Higher People's Court, special inspector of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, distinguished professor of East China University of Political Science and Law, and distinguished professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University Law School.
