Wang Yubei 1933 was born in a peasant family in Laoting panggezhuang. There are three brothers, eldest brother Wang Yuhuan, third brother Wang Yutan and second brother Yu Beixing. Wang Yubei was gifted, studious, witty and brave since childhood. Although he only reads too much, he can calculate accounts and everything. Wang Yubei's childhood coincided with Japan's invasion of China. Japanese and puppet troops set up strongholds everywhere, built turrets, swept the countryside from time to time, burned and looted, and the people lived in poverty. The Eighth Route Army opened up Lunan, publicized anti-Japanese and national salvation, and formed militia, women's salvation society and children's group. Wang Yubei joined the Children's League. He is very enthusiastic. He learns to sing anti-Japanese songs, stands guard and delivers letters every day. In the summer of 1944, Yu (a pseudonym), an underground traffic policeman from Zhuangzi Garden, came to panggezhuang. After the communication work, Wang Yubei and other children surrounded him, watching the pistol he brought and listening to his story of playing devil and catching traitor. The children listened with relish. Suddenly, they stood guard and sent a letter saying that Mongolian cavalry had come from the north, and people were running south and west. Yu ran south by bike, and Wang Yubei ran south with him. Hardly had he left the village when the enemy cavalry arrived. I was lying in a small trench in the north of Wangzhuang Village. In order to cover the masses, he took the initiative. In the end, he was outnumbered and sacrificed heroically. Wang Yubei and others escaped safely. 1945, Japan surrendered and Laoting became a liberated area. Panggezhuang's son joined the army, and Wang Yubei became the son. Under the leadership of Wang Yubei, more than 40 children members in the village learned to sing revolutionary songs, stand guard, check roads and send letters, and they were very active. But it didn't take long 1946, * * attacked the liberated areas on a large scale, established strongholds, surrounded villages and arrested local cadres and village cadres. The leader of the children's group was also arrested, and Wang Yubei and the village cadres hid from the enemy. /kloc-in the spring of 0/947, a group of * * * troops came to Weizhuang, panggezhuang to arrest people, captured Zhang Wen, the captain of panggezhuang Qingtuo Village, and shot him in the east of panggezhuang Village. Panggezhuang Kangqin Wang Shouzong ran to Sanyi Temple and was caught by the gang. He was taken to the county seat and killed in the former Panghe River. Wang Yubei's resentment against the stubborn army of * * * deepened. On April 0, 1947, 1, the administrative department of Jidong issued circular No.5, allowing people to carry out land reform and re-examination in areas where land reform has not been implemented and is not complete. /kloc-before the wheat harvest in 0/947, the * * * army occupying the new village retreated to the city under the attack of our army and civilians. Panggezhuang has become a liberated area again. In summer, people in this area share land, young crops and floating objects. Wang Yubei took an active part and became a member of the land survey team. He is responsible for bookkeeping, and sometimes stands guard with the militia to guard against the enemy. In this split, Wang Yubei got a western clock, which is still kept at home. After the equal share, the peasants turned over and were liberated. In order to defend the liberated areas and the fruits of victory, a vigorous upsurge of joining the army was set off in the summer of 1947 in the liberated areas. Under the leadership of Zhang Wanling, the head of six districts, young people in Xinzhai signed up one after another. Eight young people signed up in panggezhuang, and Wang Yubei's brother Wang Yuhuan also signed up. 14-year-old Wang Yubei also signed up to join the new corps. At that time, under the heavy blockade of the * * * army, there were many turrets along the road, and armored vehicles often patrolled the railway. It is more difficult to cross enemy lines at night. Just halfway through the procession, the enemy found that the nearby turret was strafed by machine guns, and my cover team members also fought back hard. The new corps was still scattered, and Wang Yubei ran with three or four comrades. A group of people are here. They marched for two days and arrived in the southern countryside of Zunhua County, where they were reorganized. The head of the army found that Wang Yubei was not old enough. Despite repeated entreaties, I finally gave home three pieces of silver ocean and continued to be a cadre in the village. 1950, Wang Yubei was recommended by Wang Wanlu, the head of panggezhuang Ten Districts, to work in the County Grain Office. It didn't take long for it to become a district file, 1954, and it was transferred to the county personnel office. 1958, the People's Commune was established and transferred to Chengguan People's Commune. Sun Beishan, a member of Baopian County Committee, was responsible for writing materials for high yield of 10,000 mu of wheat. 1959, the county agriculture and forestry bureau works in the flood control headquarters. 1962, there was a big flood in Laoting. Wang Yubei was responsible for monitoring the rain and water situation at the headquarters every day and reporting to the relevant departments. On July 24th, there was a heavy rain in Laoting. From 10 to 22: 00, the county's maximum rainfall reached 450 mm, and 600,000 mu of cultivated land accumulated water at 1-2 meters. On 25th, the Luanhe River rose, and the flood peak reached 30,000 cubic meters on 26th 19, and reached 34,000 cubic meters on 27th. From the county party Committee to the cadres of all units, they all went to the front line to fight floods and provide disaster relief. At this time, more than 65,438+10,000 people in Bashang 100 villages all went to their homes. Generally, when the village water reaches the eaves, you can see a piece of Wang Yang with a telescope to the north, and all the tall crops are exposed. In order to ensure the safety of people's lives, the county party Committee decided to burst its banks and divert floods. By the morning of the 27th, most of the communes in the dam had lost contact. * * * It was decided that Jia, Director of Agriculture and Forestry, and Guo, Deputy Director of Beigang (Fishing Point) Commune would go to Jianggezhuang from Shanghai. On the 28th, Wei, the county magistrate, and He Yongchang, the deputy county magistrate, boarded a wooden boat from the emergency gate in Luanxian County and took the radio to Jianggezhuang. The department has been in contact, but it has never been able to contact. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the wooden boat sent a signal that it had seen Mazhuangzi Village, and said that the water here was very urgent, and the water was divided into two streams, one to the east and the other to the south, and the boat rushed south. Contact interrupted at this time, immediately report to the county party committee. The leaders of the county * * * also personally came to the headquarters to make a phone call. Until the next day, the flood control headquarters personnel shed tears and thought it was a wooden boat in distress. On the 29th, Wang Yubei, the flood control headquarters, went to Jianggezhuang to find Wei County Governor and He County Governor with Gao Xuexing, who is good at water. At this time, Wang Yubei had not gone home to sleep for five days, and took a rubber boat to Jianggezhuang in the morning. Go to Zhoujiazhuang commune at night to see the wooden boat of Wei county magistrate. The original wireless telegraph was not broken, but because of the low terrain and insufficient antenna height, he could not be contacted. Wang Yubei stayed on the wooden boat, and the county leaders continued to check the disaster situation in Jianggezhuang and sympathize with the masses. Gao Xuexing came back by rubber boat to inform him. In this disaster relief, Comrade Wang Yubei starved day and night, went from village to village, looked at the disaster situation and sympathized with the masses, which was praised by the county party committee and county government. In that era when the wind of class struggle prevailed, because of his father's historical problems, Wang Yubei was never reused and failed to show his talents. Later, he was transferred to the Xinzhai Commune of Zhoujiazhuang Commune as a secretary, and later transferred to the Commercial Bureau. 1976 was killed in the "7.28" Tangshan earthquake when he went to Tangshan for a meeting. (Author 1962 was the deputy director of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Bureau. )
