There are five levels of leadership:
The first level relies on the power given by the position, and relies on the power of examination, reward and punishment to constrain subordinates to follow the work; The leader of a position can be obtained without ability and effort. Whoever gives a position has the power to lead, and position leadership is the introduction to leadership. Most leaders are at this level and give orders by power. Without the support of power, subordinates leave him at once.
The second level is to gain the sense of identity of subordinates, so that subordinates feel that they have something in common with themselves and have a sense of intimacy, so that subordinates obey the leadership and are willing to follow. Most of the leaders of some informal organizations have the leadership to gain the sense of identity of their subordinates.
The third level relies on its excellent business ability to gain the recognition of its subordinates and let them follow it; In some small teams, you will often see model workers leading by example.
The fourth level is to provide support and guidance for the development of subordinates in order to gain their recognition and follow-up; Most successful organizational leaders promote organizational development by helping their subordinates grow up.
The fifth level is to let subordinates gain the sense of belonging of the organization by establishing unified values, so as to gain the infinite trust of subordinates and their unconditional follow-up. Only a few outstanding leaders can reach the fifth level, which is what big enterprises say in culture.
