Decision of Guiyang Municipal People's Government on Abolishing the Administrative Measures for the Collection and Use of Guiyang Price Adjustment Fund

According to the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Cancelling, Stopping and Integrating Some Government Fund Projects (Caishui [2016]1No.), the collection of price adjustment funds from the society was stopped in February 2065 438+06. According to the relevant provisions of the "Legislative Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)" and the "Rules-making Procedures", the Municipal People's Government decided to abolish the "Measures for the Administration of Collection and Use of Guiyang Price Adjustment Fund".

The abolished "Guiyang price adjustment fund collection and use management measures" shall cease to be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
