The court is the judicial organ of the country, shouldering the heavy responsibility of national trial, and the quality of trial work directly depends on the quality of the court team. About 80% of cases in China occur in grass-roots courts, which are the cornerstone of the whole court work, and the judges of grass-roots courts are in the front line of resolving and mediating contradictions and disputes. Therefore, the grass-roots judges have the most arduous task, the most complicated environment, the most difficult working conditions, the most acute contradictions and the most direct, close and extensive contact with the people.
