Liu Xinbo was born in a literary family in Henan and was influenced by art since he was a child. After joining the army, he worked in the Warriors Performance Team and participated in the large-scale wind music March performance at the opening ceremony of the 11th Beijing Asian Games.

65438-0992 studied saxophone performance with Professor Wang Qingquan, and 65438-0995 was a saxophonist in the PLA Military Orchestra. Together with Professor Wang Qingquan, he successfully held the first saxophone solo and ensemble concert in China in Beijing Concert Hall. Join Jinjiao Jazz Band, the first big band in China, and participate in music festivals such as Beijing International Jazz Festival and Heineken Beat.
