Chairman hongta group was born in 1963 and graduated from Yunnan University 1984 with a bachelor's degree. After that, he worked in Yunnan Material Bureau, and 1990 joined hongta group, Yunnan. Under his leadership, hongta group has flourished and become one of the largest enterprises in Yunnan Province.

During his tenure as Chairman of hongta group, Zi devoted himself to promoting the company's internationalization strategy and actively carrying out overseas investment and cooperation. He also pays attention to corporate social responsibility, employee welfare and environmental protection, and is committed to contributing to Yunnan's economic development.

In addition to being the chairman of hongta group, Zi also served as the vice chairman of the Yunnan Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Standing Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He is also a member of the Yunnan Provincial Political Consultative Conference and actively participates in making suggestions for the development of Yunnan Province.
