Deng (1895 ~ 193 1) was born in Lujing Village, Shanxian County (now Lujing Village, Sandong Town, Huicheng District), left-wing leader of China Kuomintang, founder of China Agricultural Workers' Democratic Party, close comrade-in-arms of China, great patriot, and famous democratic revolutionary and strategist in China. In order to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the revolutionary predecessors and let Deng's spirit be passed down from generation to generation, Huicheng District built Deng Memorial Park on the basis of Deng's former residence.
