1. 13 project scale and content: the project covers an area of about 80.0 mu with a total construction area of about 74,000 square meters. The project is divided into two sections. The content of the project is mainly high-rise residential buildings, including multi-storey, townhouse, duplex structure and some commercial buildings. The project includes piling works, foundation works, main works, installation works, exterior decoration works, interior decoration works, outdoor underground pipelines, weak electricity, fire fighting, municipal roads and other sporadic works, with a total investment of about 80 million yuan.

1.6 project supervision scope: the project is divided into two sections, with high-rise residential buildings as the main content, including multi-storey, row houses, duplex structures and some commercial buildings. The project contents include piling, foundation engineering, principal part engineering, installation engineering, exterior wall decoration engineering, interior decoration engineering, outdoor underground pipelines, weak current, fire fighting, municipal roads and other sporadic projects.

1.9 supervision service content and requirements
1.9. 1 The supervision services of this project include: adopting scientific methods and means to control the investment, quality and construction period of the project, coordinating the relationship between relevant units, submitting complete supervision documents to the owner, and participating in the disclosure, completion acceptance and final accounts audit of the project.
1.9.2 The supervision service period of this project starts from the date of signing the contract and ends when the project passes the completion acceptance and delivery. However, during the project quality warranty period, the supervision unit shall bear the corresponding obligations and responsibilities.
1.9.3 the supervision unit must supervise in strict accordance with the relevant national and provincial regulations on construction supervision.
1.9.4 The inspection and test of bulk materials and major and important materials used by the supervision unit must be synchronized with the construction unit and carried out independently, and any inspection data and test equipment of the construction unit shall not be used. In case of detection expenses, it shall be reported to Party A in advance, and settled according to relevant agreements after the consent of Party A's representative.
1.9.5 The supervision unit shall not have an economic interest relationship with the construction contractor and material and equipment supplier undertaking this project.

2. 1 Bidding method
In order to strengthen the management of this project, improve the level and quality of engineering construction, effectively control the investment and construction period, and give full play to the investment benefit, the project supervision unit is selected through public bidding according to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of bidding and tendering, and in accordance with the principles of "openness, fairness, impartiality" and honesty and credit.
2.2 Bidding Division
The first phase of the project is divided into two blocks.

2.4 Qualified Bidders

2.5.2 Modification of bidding documents
(1) The bidder shall carefully read and correctly understand the provisions and requirements of various clauses in the bidding documents, including the instructions to bidders. If you find any mistakes, omissions or ambiguous words, please ask the owner to clarify them in writing before10.00.
(2) The owner will organize the bidders and relevant units to visit the construction site according to the time specified in the schedule before the instructions to bidders, and introduce the relevant situation in and around the site for reference. And hold a bidding question-and-answer meeting (pre-bidding meeting) to uniformly answer the questions raised by the tendering unit in understanding the bidding documents, drawings and on-site reconnaissance;
(3) The owner's official reply to all questions will be sent to all bidders who have obtained the bidding documents in the form of supplementary bidding documents, but the source of inquiry is not stated;
(4) Two days before the bidding deadline, for various reasons, the owner can modify the bidding documents in the form of supplementary bidding documents, whether by himself or in response to the bidder's clarification requirements.
2.6 Validity of bidding documents
The tender documents are the effective basis for this tender, and also the basis for signing the supervision contract after winning the bid, which is binding on both parties to the tender. Anyone who does not conform to the substantive contents of the bidding documents will be rejected or deemed invalid.
