Liao Qiyuan was born in Huanchang Village, Jiangchang Town. When he was young, he went out and struggled in society alone. Now he is the president of Guangzhou Light Industry Chamber of Commerce and the president of Changjiang Textile Equipment Chamber of Commerce.
