The second phase of Xiangtan County Section of West Second Ring Road was completed on June 28th, 2020. According to relevant data, on June 28, 2020, the West Second Ring Road (Phase II) project in Xiangtan County officially started. Zhang Yingchun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Xiang Min, Vice Mayor attended the kick-off meeting. The West Second Ring Road (Phase II) project starts from the north lead of Yangmeizhou Bridge in the north and ends at the intersection of Xiangtan County and Xiangxiang Highway in the south, with a total length of 4.4 kilometers, including a bridge across Lianshui River (538 meters long and 36 meters wide).
