The requirements of state-owned enterprises for our resumes are different from those of our traditional enterprises. Many state-owned enterprises have different recruitment methods according to the different requirements of various industries. Civil servants, for example, can't sell themselves just by a resume. There are many state institutions, such as our teacher major, entering the bank and so on, but you can enter with your resume. But for many state-owned enterprises, besides these, there are many manufacturing or other service industries, and so on. They still have requirements for writing resumes.
State-owned enterprises are difficult to enter. Anyone who enters a state-owned enterprise has to go through a lot of disguised selection, and our resume is just an application form to them. Moreover, their requirements for our resumes are very simple, unlike companies that read a lot of content, such as work experience, self-evaluation, self-introduction and so on. State-owned enterprises look at majors and look at professional counterparts. This is the main thing. The State Power Company recruits students from major electric schools, while other state-owned enterprises are basically professional counterparts, so they pay more attention to the professional issues on our resumes, while the requirements for others are basically very low. But we still have to do our best to write any part of our resumes, and the resumes of these state-owned enterprises are dedicated, not made by ourselves.
