There are currently 10 faculty members in Flight Academy, including professors, associate professors 1 person, 9 masters, subject leaders of Henan Provincial Education Department 1 person, and subject leaders of Anyang City 1 person. In addition, five experts, including Zhang Zhijun, were employed as part-time teachers in civil aviation enterprises and institutions such as China Civil Aviation Cadre Management College. The flight academy has aircraft system laboratory, flight simulation laboratory, civil aviation CBT laboratory, aviation English language laboratory and physics training room. There are two off-campus practice training bases, Anyang air sports School and Henan Zhongyu General Aviation Co., Ltd.

The college implements paramilitary student management for students, and achieves five unifications for flight students during their school days, namely, dressing the, unified work and rest, unified sports training, unified teaching and unified accommodation management, and strives to cultivate flight talents with "excellent style, strict discipline, exquisite technology and rigorous procedures".
