Mei Ting (1975-April 30th), a native of Nanjing, Jiangsu province, is an actress in China and graduated from the Central Academy of Drama. After graduation, he officially entered the first-line song and dance troupe and danced classical dance.

1994 starred in the TV series Red Cherry for the first time, 1997 cooperated with Leslie Cheung in Red Lover, and 1998 won the Best Actress Award at the 22nd International Cairo Film Festival and the Excellent Actress Award at the China Film Observation Award. Later, she also made movies and TV plays such as Home, North-South Affection, Let Love Come Again, Presbyopia, Don't Talk to Strangers, and Green Flowers Bloom.

Divorced from Yan Po in 2007, and married Zeng Jian in Hongkong at the end of 20 12. On September 27th, 20 13, she gave birth to her daughter in Hong Kong.
