Writing content.
1. Basic information
Basic information generally includes-name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, institution of birth, current address, email address, photos, etc. Here, there is an important reminder-photos. Because studying in Japan is a professor Neno system, we generally don't meet professors during the magnetic field, so how can we show our mental outlook to professors? At this time, photos play its role. Therefore, the more formal and dynamic the photos are, the better, so that professors can feel our attention to magnetic fields and applications when they see the photos.
2. Learning experience
Try to write clearly the complete learning experience from childhood. Of course, some important learning courses learned in universities can also be reflected as much as possible to prove students' knowledge reserves in professional fields.
3. rewards and punishments? qualifications
This part mainly indicates what awards, scholarships and language proficiency certificates you won during your college years. Remember, not only the names of awards and qualifications, but also the time to get them. Sorting is generally in reverse order, with the latest awards written first. In addition, if the interval between awards is already long, but it is highly relevant to the application, it can be said that it is helpful to the application. Expected rewards and qualifications should indicate the expected acquisition time.
Publish your experience.
This part refers to published articles, papers and other experiences. Pre-published experience can also be written in this section, as long as it is pre-published. When writing your published experience, remember to specify the publication time, journal name, journal number, and which author published it, so as to facilitate the professor's reference.
5. Research experience
This part mainly states my research activities. Some students may want to know why they write about their research experience. I didn't do any specific research during my college years. The reason for this problem is that the teaching in Japanese universities and laboratories is mainly research-oriented, and professors attach great importance to students' research ability. As for the problem of not doing specific research in domestic universities, you can recall what you have done with professors or tutors, what topics you have studied, or whether you have been to famous research institutes during your study.
6. Practice activities
Japanese professors not only pay attention to students' research ability, but also pay attention to hands-on and practical ability. This section contains two aspects.
First of all, make clear which clubs you have participated in, what specific club activities you have done and what you have gained (important).
Secondly, what social practice activities have you participated in, and what have you gained in this practice, such as growth and new understanding. Describe your internship? In practice, it is necessary to combine the abilities required to apply for a major and make clear what abilities graduate students need by participating in internship practice.
Writing mistakes.
1, I have many life experiences. I want to write them all down and extract them to enrich the CV. This view has become a misunderstanding, because the idea itself will make our resume very long. Everyone must remember that a resume, as its name implies, is a simple resume. Simplicity is to control our length and number of words and explain our experiences and events in the shortest language. Take applying for a North American university as an example. Most universities require undergraduate applicants' resumes to be within A4 pages, with one page preferred.
So when you write your own resume, you must choose a representative one to write. Just because you write less doesn't mean you are not rich. The other person is more interested in what is behind the length of the resume.
2. Short resume requirements, but too much experience. There is no other way, but to narrow the font, narrow the line spacing, narrow the paragraph spacing, and use the function of word to control it within one page. This view is very wrong. We write study abroad documents for readers. Moreover, our readers are all professors of the other party's admission Committee, and professors are not necessarily young.
If the font is made smaller, some older professors will look awkward and will not have a good first impression.
