How to write a non-tabular resume? Don't use forms.
Resume resume, as the name implies, is concise and clear, no more than three pages, the form is the best, the personal introduction is no more than half a page, no more than one page, don't write too fancy, make a book. The reason is that no leader will read your writing word for word. They only focus on what they want to see, because time is precious. If it takes a long time to see what you need, you won't bother to turn it over. The main point of resume is conciseness, less embellishment, and the ability should be reflected in the project experience. After reading your project experience introduction, the leaders will know how heavy you are and whether there is any development prospect. Write but don't compile awards. The heavier the weight, the better. You should look at the knowledge of job hunting, which is the basic common sense of job hunting. I'm telling you, 2 or 3 minutes is enough for the leader to read the resume for the first time, and the longest time is no more than 5 minutes. Grasp 3 minutes, and strive for 5 minutes is the level. If your resume is a focused two-page paper and the others are carefully packaged books, then you have the best chance of being selected, because your resume is the fastest to read, the easiest to read, the easiest to master and the easiest to remember.
