Chen Kaige, China male director, producer, 1952 was born in Xicheng District, Beijing, China, and graduated from Beijing Film Academy. From 65438 to 0984, he made his first film "Yellow Land" and began his career as a director. The film established Chen Kaige's creative route and direction of exploring humanistic themes, and won the Yin Bao Prize in the 38th Locarno International Film Festival.
