Changsha No.1 Hospital is located in Sanxiang, which is famous for its rigorous and exquisite medical skills, famous doctors and elegant appearance. The hospital was founded in 1920 (9 years of the Republic of China), formerly known as "Hunan Public Hospital". It was the first western medicine hospital founded by China people in our province at that time. 1October 25th, 1949, which was taken over by Changsha Municipal People's Government and renamed as "Changsha Municipal Hospital". There were 100 beds at that time.
