At the same level and major, the tuition fees of private colleges and universities are generally twice or even several times that of public colleges and universities.
Third, teachers are different.
Teachers in private colleges are inferior to those in public colleges. In order to reduce operating costs, private colleges and universities will reduce the treatment of faculty and staff, so they will also relax access conditions. Teachers with good conditions have chosen public institutions. In order to recruit more students, private colleges will also assign enrollment tasks to faculty and staff, and there will be performance appraisal if they fail to complete the enrollment tasks. This also indirectly affects the normal teaching work of teachers. Teachers in public colleges and universities can teach and educate people with peace of mind and devote themselves to teaching and scientific research without having to shoulder the task of recruiting students. Therefore, the teaching level is naturally higher than that of private colleges.
Students in private colleges and public colleges are naturally public colleges, so it is easier to find jobs. At present, employers recruit students according to their personal abilities and students' learning background, that is, graduation schools. In the case that the personal ability level of college graduates is similar, the employer will still choose students who graduated from public institutions in a limited way.
Therefore, it is better to choose public institutions if conditions permit.
