Second, the scope of recruitment
(1) Primary and secondary school teachers: Fresh graduates of Qingyang students with bachelor's degree or above are enrolled in full-time normal colleges and universities specializing in normal education in Northwest Normal University and six normal colleges directly under the Ministry of Education.
(2) Medical staff: recruit Qingyang fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above from full-time medical colleges of national and provincial key universities. Medical imaging, medical examination and anesthesiology are not restricted by household registration and are recruited for the whole country.
(3) Other professional and technical personnel: recruit Qingyang fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above from full-time ordinary universities with corresponding majors from national and provincial key universities. The four majors of petroleum engineering, mining engineering, oil and gas storage and transportation engineering and petrochemical industry are not restricted by household registration and are recruited for the whole country.
Third, the recruitment conditions

Four. Recruitment methods and procedures

(2) qualification examination. The employer and the competent department shall review the basic conditions and relevant certificates of the candidates, and register the qualified personnel. Subsequently, the applicant's self-recommendation letter and related documents and materials will be reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for review, and the candidates for written examination and interview will be determined according to the audit results.
(3) Comprehensive evaluation. According to the affiliation of the recruiting unit, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will take the lead, and the competent departments of the city and county (district) recruiting units and the technical backbone of the industry will form an evaluation team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the candidates and conduct written examinations and interviews in turn. When the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits is less than or equal to 1 1, only interviews will be conducted, and those with interview evaluation scores of 85 or above can be determined as candidates to be hired; When the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits is greater than 1 1, the written test scores account for 70% of the total scores, and the interview (skill test) scores account for 30% of the total scores. (2) Candidates applying for medical staff should take the comprehensive knowledge of basic medicine (100) exam. The content involves basic courses of medical specialty and basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
(3) Candidates from other institutions should take the comprehensive knowledge test (100). The content is university ideological and political, current affairs and politics, legal knowledge, writing knowledge and computer application knowledge.
2. Interview. Focus on the examination of candidates' theoretical level, professional knowledge, job adaptability, related professional skills and thinking response, oral expression ability, etc. Interview results 100.
(4) medical examination publicity. After graduation, the relevant departments of counties and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall organize a unified physical examination with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). Those who pass the physical examination will be publicized for 7 days on Qingyang Net of China, Qingyang Municipal Committee Net and Qingyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Net, and accept social supervision. If the problems reflected during the publicity period do not meet the recruitment requirements after verification, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled and the vacant positions will not be filled.
(5) Handling employment procedures. After graduation, the personnel to be recruited shall report to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau with employment registration certificate, graduation certificate, degree certificate, household registration book (household registration certificate) and student status file, and accept qualification examination. Failure to report or submit the above documents and materials within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver.
